Dryseal is a waterproofing membrane system manufactured from Glass Reinforced Polyester, commonly referred to as GRP or fibreglass. It differs from ‘wet lay’ systems in that the whole of the roof covering comprises preformed components mechanically fixed and jointed on site.
The method of fixing and jointing make Dryseal quicker to install than ‘wet lay’ systems but more robust than many ‘single ply’ PVC membranes, because of its high impact resistance.
The Dryseal offer includes:
• Flat, low pitch and vertical applications
• Crisp clean lines
• Premium product quality
• Proven weather-tight detailing
• Robustness and durability
• Thermally efficient performance
• Fully trained installers
Dryseal is manufactured in the UK in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001-2015 Quality Control standards and has fulfilled the requirements of British Board of Agrément (BBA) product performance standards as a flat and low pitch roof covering for 21 years.
As a versatile, flexible system which can be used with ease in ‘cold’ or ‘warm’ roof configurations from a Leisure Centre through to a home extension, Dryseal is the ideal roofing solution for Housing Associations and Local Authorities due to its unrivalled durability and environmental qualities.
The Dryseal system comes complete with an insured 20 year ‘leak free’ guarantee and a BBA Certified life expectancy of at least 30 years. It provides a hard wearing, long life solution for customers requiring a durable flat or low pitched roofing system which won’t result in call-backs.
