House Tag is a cost-effective, easy-to-use solution that enables Housing Associations and Local Authority landlords to centrally store property-related documents and certificates. Through a secure online portal, stakeholders can quickly access documentation associated with a property, with permissions and access levels controlled by the landlord.

Our in-property House Tag further enhances the solution's benefits. Using a QR code, the tag can be scanned with any web-enabled smartphone or tablet, allowing residents to view or download documents shared with them by their landlord. Contractors visiting the property can scan the same QR code and, following a secure login process, access restricted documents relating to previous works. This can significantly reduce time spent diagnosing faults and help avoid unnecessary return visits.

House Tag

Originally, House Tag was developed as an auditable solution for serving mandatory documents to residents, such as Landlord Gas Safety Records (LGSRs) and Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs). Through customer feedback, the platform has evolved into a comprehensive document management solution capable of storing and sharing virtually any property-related document. Built-in anonymisation tools help remove tenant information, ensuring documents remain outside the scope of GDPR requirements.

One of the most popular features is the House Tag Manual Library. Gone are the days of missing paper manuals following a tenancy change. Residents and contractors can instantly access operating and installation manuals for equipment installed within the property, whenever they are needed.
